Our headquarters and main factory
are located near Lake Suwa in the township of Shimo-suwa, Nagano Prefecture.
n earlier times Shimo-suwa prospered as a junction between the Nakasendo
Route and the Koshu Route boasting its hot springs and Suwa-taisha
Shrine. The town still has this feel about it today.
The present building of our headquarters was designed by architect
Takahiko
Yanagisawa in 1997, and symbolizes the gate to the main factory.

In the main factory behind the headquarters building, we run the main
processes for miso production from fermentation and aging to shipment.
