miso as new fall products. |

out of 3 items are part of our leading product series “Kodawattemasu
(We Care)”, which is organic JAS certified.
In addition to existing rice koji type of miso, we wanted to offer
strained miso and wheat miso that are organic, for the customers who
prefer them.

Aromatic rice miso and mellow wheat miso are mixed together
in great balance, and both rice miso and wheat miso used are
organic JAS certified. |

By making our “Kodawattemasu (We Care)” into series, we are also expanding the
