Family configuration in Japan has been changing, and the single households and households without children are increasing.
We are releasing nabe style soup, which comes in a right size for small households on August 1st.
This nabe soup may be small in size, however it offers genuine enjoyment of nabe, due to the blending techniques and dedicated ingredients we have been nurturing, through the development of instant miso soups and other soups.
"Yosenabe Soup" has dashi with rich umami flavor and refreshing aftertaste, from juicy Sakurajima chicken produced in Kagoshima, together with bonito and kelp.
This soup is seasoned with light colored soy sauce, to bring the most of exquisite dashi.
"Miso Chanko Nabe Soup" holds our naturally fermented miso, which was made in the coldest of seasons, with the dashi taken from crabs, white fish, shellfish, and chicken.
Due to the synergetic effect of completely matured miso and great dashi, the soup has become quite magnificent.
We have searched for the right red peppers for the "Kimchi Chige Soup", and we have blended together fragrant peppers from Chungchong, Korea, and hot red peppers from Ekito, China.
Sweet dashi from shrimps and scallops, enhanced by hot spices and miso bring to you a very savory and satisfying soup, that is not just spicy.
It can be enjoyed as is and holds 400g, which is a perfect amount for 1 to 2 people.
