We will start the sale of "Shizen no Megumi Yuki Enbun Hikaeme" on January 16, 2008.
According to the survey about miso, conducted among working women aged 20 - 49 (by Miso Kenko Zukuri Committee in 2005 - 1050 samples), for the "Impression from the word ‘miso soup’", many answered positively, such as "traditional Japanese food", "cannot be missing from Japanese diet", and "healthy". However, 26.3% answered, "too much salt".
This is one of the causes for miso soup to be disliked; however, if one bowl is served per meal, the ideal amount of salt intake per day will not be overcome. Also, by bringing in the miso soup in a daily diet, there are merits such as enjoying a lot of vegetables at once, and taking in the nutrients miso itself offers.
We understand that there are people who must be careful with their salt intakes even then. To them, we would like to recommend this "Shizen no Megumi Yuki Enbun Hikaeme".
"Shizen no Megumi Yuki Enbun Hikaeme" has reduced salt by 20% (in comparison to lightly colored hot miso, within the Standard tables of food composition in Japan, fifth edition), however, our blending techniques and rough straining method are able to produce together this "Delicious reduced-salt miso".
In order to respond to our customers’ high interests in health, safety, and peace of mind, we have made this miso to be organic JAS certified, additive-free miso.
Soybeans and rice, which are grown on the farm without pesticides or chemical fertilizers, are used with salt as ingredients. This delicious reduced-salt miso comes as the blessing of nature and is gentle to your body.
Due to changes in the family configuration and diet, we have packed this miso in smaller 500g containers.
