On March 3, we are releasing "Shinshu Miso" , "Inaka Miso" , "Kome Koji Miso" , "Teien Miso" as part of the Shinshu Series.
It is well known, that Shinshu region is a major production area of miso, since its cool climate contributes for the delicious miso to be made.
By employing our fermentation techniques, we have produced 4 different kinds of miso, in order to meet the diverse requests of customers. They will be released as the new "Shinshu Series" .
The concept of this series is, "The reasonably priced products, which support the quality of living."
In order for the "delicious, good quality miso" to be enjoyed every day, we offer these products for a "reasonable price."
As the packaging sizes in the food industry are getting smaller, we have adopted 750g cup for the products, which is a perfect size for small families.
