On July 1st, our organic JAS certified instant miso soup, "Yuki Sodachi no Nattojiru" becomes available!
"Yuki Sodachi no Nattojiru" comes after the organic miso soup "Yuki Sodachi no Omisoshiru", which was launched last year. They are both available in a fresh-style miso.
This product suits the demands of our customers quite well, since it not only offers safety and peace of mind grounded in the "organic” food, but also health, which is found in "natto”.
What we did not want to compromise, as the leading manufacturer of organic miso, through the process of commercialization of organic miso soup, was to make it with fresh miso, allowing the aroma and umami flavor to be enjoyed firsthand.
Organic miso soups used to be served in a freeze-dry style miso alone, however, through making the full use of our blending techniques, the organic JAS certified instant miso soup with fresh-style miso, "Yuki Sodachi no Omisoshiru" was accomplished. It was exactly a year ago, when we first released it.
We have come to the release of "Yuki Sodachi no Nattojiru", in response to our customers’ support of the organic JAS certified miso soup*).
Organic miso was carefully fermented and matured before being roughly strained. Without any chemical additives, natural umami flavor can be savored to the full extent in this miso soup.
Leeks together with organic natto will deliver you the enriching, satisfying taste.
By simply pouring hot water, genuine natto miso soup with enticing aroma of miso and natto can be casually and instantly enjoyed.
*) Organic JAS Certification
Organic food must go through the strict examination by JAS Registered Certification Organization under the Ministry of Agriculture and be produced and manufactured accordingly to receive the organic JAS certification.
The followings are the conditions for Organic JAS Certification
○Organic Agricultural Produce
・It must be grown in the field where there has been no usage of forbidden ・pesticides or chemical fertilizers for two years or longer prior to the sowing or planting.
・No usage of forbidden pesticides or chemical fertilizers during its cultivation period.
・No usage of genetically modifying technology.
○Organic Processed Food
・Must avoid chemically synthesized food additives and medical agent as much as possible.
・More than 95% of all ingredients must be organic food except for water and salt.
・No usage of genetically modifying technology.
