Collection of Information
The Company shall in advance specify the purpose of use and be fair and judicial in collecting personal information from customers.
Safety Control Information
The Company shall take any necessary and appropriate safety measures to protect personal information from unauthorized access, loss, destruction, falsification and leakage.
Utilization of Information
The Company shall do its best to protect the customers rights within the range necessary to achieve the purpose of intended use.
Principal uses of personal information from customers are:
- Replying to inquiries
- Applications for statistical data
- Forwarding confirmation, correspondence, giveaways etc. associated with campaign responses
- Delivery of products ordered
- Other - Contacting customers, mailing of letters etc
Provision of Information to Third Party
The Company shall not disclose or give any information about a customer's to any third party without the customer's consent. However, this is excluded in the case of a legal requirement of disclosure with a good reason.
Disclosure, Correction and Deletion
If a customer intends to disclose, correct or delete his or her information that the Company possesses, the company shall take the necessary action once the customer's identification has been authenticated.
Confidentiality
The Company shall designate a representative for personal information control, who conducts the appropriate instruction necessary to all officers and employees in order to ensure that all laws and regulations are adhered to thoroughly.
